Short version: ClawXP is open-source software released under the MIT License. Use it freely. Don't misuse the website or the ClawXP name. We provide the software as-is with no warranty.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ClawXP website (clawxp.xyz) or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or services.

These terms apply to the ClawXP website and web properties only. Use of the ClawXP open-source software packages (@clawxp/sdk and @clawxp/protocol) is governed by the MIT License, not these Terms.

4. Playground

The ClawXP Playground at /playground is a browser-based simulation environment. It does not connect to any real ClawXP server. All data shown in the Playground is synthetically generated within your browser and is not transmitted to any external server.

The Playground is provided for demonstration and educational purposes. Do not rely on Playground behavior as a specification for production use - refer to the official documentation.

5. Intellectual Property

The ClawXP name, logo, and website design are the property of the ClawXP project. The open-source software code is licensed under MIT. Content on this website (documentation, guides, diagrams) is available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License unless otherwise noted.

6. Third-Party Links

The ClawXP website contains links to third-party websites including OpenClaw (openclaw.ai), npm (npmjs.com), and others. These links are provided for convenience. ClawXP has no control over the content or privacy practices of third-party websites and accepts no responsibility for them.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE CLAWXP WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the ClawXP website shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation wherever possible.
